PANELWARE operator interfaces are used in many plants. These units have become already obsolete and do not suit modern production requirements. We were ordered to replace panelware units with new operator panels without any modification in controlling PLC program. We used new touch QuickPanels and succeeded in installing them without any program modifications.

Our company has been ordered to perform a reconstruction of the transfers. New transfers were added to provide fluent passage of the carriages while safety transfers make passage of the carriages safe in the case of failure.

The project counted among very large and complex ones. We installed Siemens and B&R programmable controllers, LJU and TURCK appliances. Profibus and CAN buses were used to provide communication as well as special bus working with company protocol LJU and Ethernet.
