Subject of the contract: control hardware and software
This is a long-term contract. Cooperation has begun by supplying GE Intelligent Platforms PLC Series 90-30 and programming ladder logic for controlling operation of Dobiáš company (production of interlocking block paving). Maintenance and upgrade of the program in accordance with modernization of the operation and maintenance of the electrical equipment proceed now.
The operation consists of the two parts: production of the interlocking block paving itself, which is controlled by Series 90-30 PLC, and transport part, which is made up by HASAN cart. This cart consists of the two carts, one of them going in forward-back direction, the second one beeing situated on the first one and going in left-right direction. Each of the cart is controlled by the independent VersaMax Micro PLC. Programs of these controllers are independent of each other and communicate via instructions like "go", "I am in a position". This system provides transport of the produced paving and its storage handling.
