Drive conversion and replacement

Subject of the contract: control software adaptation, electrical equipment
In the break of 2005/2006 we completely replaced 75 LJU unitsin Skoda Auto paintshop. Units were replaced in the course of production without interrupting works. Simultaneously we reconstructed control and power supply systems. We implemented trolley modifications - new control points and new positional sensors were added. The most important modification was implemented in an area where no control voltage nor power supply had been installed before and EMS vehicles were dragged by force of chain. If LJU defect occured in this place LJU unit generated alarm message but there was no possibility to pass the message to the system since there was no power supply. We added new power profiles for EMS vehicles. Power supply is on whenever control voltage is on for both new and existing profiles. EMS transport vehicle defect does not block control commands for vehicle working. We also made PLC control programme adaptation.
