Driving transfers installation at car doors assembly line

Changes have been demanded by a new car Škoda Fabia at car doors assemby line in M1 assembly hall. Transfers were the main object of the reconstruction. The transfer are situated there where the carriage has to get over elevation difference.
The old transfers used to secure carriages while theirs going up. The carriage is driven by LJU unit, which pushed the carrige up or slowed it down. In the case of an accident the carriage was caught by the transfer, which copies the carriage´s movement. When the new cars production started we needed to provide fluent passage of the carriage. That is why new transfers were installed in the places where elevation differences are got over. There are twelve places at the doors assembly line in both directions (up and down). Old transfers still secure the carriages. New transfers drive the carriages.
These changes also affected electrical equipment of the doors assembly line. We had to remake several electrical distribution boxes. One new distribution box has been added. Frequency inverter has been installed for each new transfer, i. e. twelve inverters.
Software was another part to change. Ladder logic for PLC 90-70 has been changed. LCD panels QuickPanel View were programmed for hand control.
