Supply of LJU units

Realization: continuously from 2001

Subject of the contract: LJU units

In 2001 our company became an official servise and business partner of LJU Automatisierungstechnik GmbH, in the Czech Republic. Now we supply many czech companies and firms with LJU units and servise.

There have been several interesting contracts in this field, as follows:

• In 2006 (January-April) we supplied Octavia cars assembly hall with LJU units. We supplied them as a subcontractor for a business partner of Skoda Auto a. s. LJU ST-790-L with accessories and modules were used and we installed them into assembly line and provided their battery charging.
• In November 2005 - April 2005 we supplied Roomster cars assembly line in Kvasiny with LJU units. This contract was a part of greater supply of this assembly line putting into service. As a subcontractor we supplied units, instaled and programmed them. We also brought into effect rail communication via LJU bus. Data concentrator DKZ provides sending telegrams into LJU units (see: Assembly line for Roomster cars - Kvasiny).
• In November 2005 - January 2006 we supplied Skoda Auto a. s. paintshop with 75 LJU units. We installed them without interrupting works, in the course of production. We also reconstructed control and power supply systems and implemented trolley modifications (see: Drive conversion and replacement).
