We provide contractual service for control system software and hardware, ranging from telephone support to permanent standby service. Service can also be arranged for control systems supplied by third parties upon agreement. You can use our services for programmable logic controllers (PLC, SPS), information superstructures (SCADA systems), and LJU systems.

Services with a service contract – with this variant, we guarantee the agreed availability of our staff.

Services without a service contract – on working days, a service technician will arrive at the earliest possible date.

Express service – at the customer’s special request, if the date we propose is not convenient, we will arrange for an emergency response team to arrive within the required time.

LJU SERVICE

We provide comprehensive service coverage for all LJU systems, from basic installation to regular maintenance, repairs, and upgrades. Although we always strive to be as flexible as possible, delivery times depend on supplies from the manufacturer, so it is not always possible to ensure immediate availability of spare parts. Nevertheless, we offer the fastest and most effective response to your requests in order to minimize downtime.
